How to compare interior design proposals in Chișinău
Price per square metre is meaningful only when deliverables, revisions and support are equivalent.
A comparison without hidden gaps
Compare the same scope
Ask each studio to list stages, drawings, visualisations, specifications and revision rounds. A shorter proposal may simply move expensive decisions to site.
Check process and responsibility
Clarify feedback deadlines, supplier communication and implementation support. Confirm what happens if the area or brief changes.
Review relevant work
Compare projects of similar type and complexity, not only attractive images. Ask how technical constraints, budget pressure and construction changes were handled.
