The data controller is Societatea cu Răspundere Limitată LINTERIORS (LINTERIORS S.R.L.), company IDNO 1017600042483, with registered office at MD-2044, 3 Petru Zadnipru Street, office 111, Ciocana sector, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. The studio meets clients at 23 Aerodromului Street, 2nd floor, Chișinău.

2. Data we may process
- identity and contact data: name, telephone number and email;
- project details: type of space, area, budget, timing, photographs, plans and messages;
- technical and security data supplied by hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, device or browser type, request time, requested URL and security events;
- preferences stored in the browser, including language and acknowledgement of the cookie notice;
- correspondence and commercial relationship records when services are requested or contracted.
3. How data is collected
Data is received directly from you by email, telephone, WhatsApp or other channels. The website form does not send data to an L Interiors server. It prepares a message and opens WhatsApp; the message is sent only if you confirm it in WhatsApp.
Technical data is generated when the browser communicates with Cloudflare infrastructure used to host and protect the website.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We do not sell personal data or use it for behavioural advertising on this website.
- replying to enquiries, preparing a proposal and taking steps before a contract;
- performing a service contract and communicating about the project;
- website security, availability and improvement, based on our legitimate interest in protecting and understanding the service;
- compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- consent where the law requires it for an optional feature; consent can be withdrawn for the future.
5. Recipients and external services
Data may be available, only as necessary, to Cloudflare for hosting, security and technical measurement; WhatsApp/Meta if you choose to send a message; email and telecommunications providers; professional advisers or authorities where legally required.
YouTube, Google Maps and social media links are external services. YouTube content loads only after you press play. From that point, the external provider may process data under its own policy.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside Moldova. We use providers that state appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards. You may request further information about relevant safeguards.
7. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are generally retained for no more than 24 months after the last communication. Contract and accounting records are kept for the legally required period and as needed to defend rights. Technical data follows provider security and retention settings. Expired data is deleted or reasonably anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to Law No. 195/2024, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
We will respond without undue delay and may reasonably verify identity. You may also complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection at datepersonale.md.
9. Security, children and updates
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to risk, including encrypted connections, access controls and infrastructure protection. No online transmission can be guaranteed entirely risk-free.
The website is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data through it. We may update this policy when services or law change; the current version and date remain published here.
