White-box apartment: what to check before fit-out
An early technical inspection and design process reduce expensive changes after handover.
From handover to a buildable interior
What white-box condition includes
White-box specifications vary between developers. Request the exact schedule of finishes and services, dimensioned plans, utility positions and accepted handover tolerances.
Checks before design begins
Check levels, moisture, windows, ventilation, sockets and plumbing points. Defects recorded before work starts are easier to resolve with the developer.
Decisions before construction
Coordinate furniture, lighting and services before ordering. For apartments purchased through Keypoint, confirm eligibility for the L Interiors benefit before signing the design agreement.
