Design before construction begins
Design can begin once the apartment plan and the developer’s technical information are available. Room functions, circulation, furniture, storage, sockets, lighting and the budget direction can be studied at this stage. Final dimensions are verified on site before orders and dimension-dependent details.
For a white-box apartment, request a written specification of the handover condition, including walls and screed, electrical and plumbing services, heating, windows, entrance door, meters and connections. The commercial label alone is not enough for an accurate estimate.
A complete design project is more than a set of images. It coordinates partitions, furniture, power, lighting, plumbing, ceilings, floors and finishes so that every contractor works from the same approved solution.
