Context and objectives
The patisserie at 47 Tighina Street is conceived as a recognisable urban destination with an elegant, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. An arched façade and compact street terrace shape the first encounter, while classical proportions and contemporary details carry the same identity indoors.
Space planning
The display and service counter anchors the layout, making the products immediately visible while supporting an efficient staff workflow. Seating combines individual tables, banquettes and quieter corners, with clear circulation from the entrance to the counter and terrace.
Materials and light
Sage green, white panelling, dark timber and a graphic tiled floor form a calm palette. Scenic wallcoverings, antiqued mirrors and abundant planting add depth, while sculptural fixtures and warm lighting highlight displays, tables and circulation.
From concept to implementation
The counter, refrigerated displays, coffee equipment, lighting and furniture are coordinated as one system. Integrated details keep surfaces orderly, support daily operation and help preserve the concept’s atmosphere through implementation.
